I went into the Birstall store to initially by a pouffe to match my leather sofas that I bought from you 4 years ago but we decided to get a new suite instead ( just for a change ) I think it was Nicola who we spoke to. She was warm, friendly & helpful but most importantly not pushy which I think most people prefer. We ordered the suite a few weeks later when we had sold ours & it was delivered promptly & is as always excellent quality

When we entered the store we were met by Mathew Halford ,who was very polite, and did not pressure us to buy anything. We were considering buying a 3 piece suite,and Mathew was very helpful, and knowledgeable as to what would suit us best. All the furniture was high class and we were spoilt for choice,but with Mathew,s help we purchased a beautiful 3 piece suite,and the fact that we could have interest free credit was a big bonus.The store we visited is in Warrington ,and it is a delightful store with beauitful furniture.

Came when promised. Well packed. Only one small complaint. Husband disabled so only me to move furniture. They put it in porch but porch is small and front door wouldn’t close. Asked them to come through second door in house, they did but grudgingly saying don’t tell anyone or they will think they had a heart. This is all about paying extra money to have it brought into house, unpacked, and put into desired room. I would buy again as everything is of a high standard but money does take over from compassion and helpfulness.
