Bought a TV Cabinet and sideboard from Oak Furnitureland, waited 6 weeks for delivery and sideboard arrived with a corner which didn’t even join up and a crack next to it. I don’t believe this can have happened in transit, it looks like it wasn’t even put together properly in the first place. I can’t believe that this passed any quality control, or it must be that there is no control on items sent out! I’m so disappointed. Contacted them already and they agree it’s bad. They’re sending a replacement for which I have to wait a further 3 weeks for. I asked for confirmation of this and received nothing! And no apology. Shockingly bad quality and shocking service.

Delivery was as expected. The delivery team rang me to say they were a few minutes away and placed the boxes in the hallway.

New to the area and Sat Nav took me elsewhere but a quick call and they 'talked' me in to the store. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not immediately pounce to make a sale but gave me time to peruse, but were close enough to respond when I looked to ask for help. I was shown a selection of chairs and tables as I had specific needs. They even assembled the chairs with the table so that I could see how it looked. I had done my research by looking on line but there is nothing that can replace the personal touch. Once I had chosen, the rest went smoothly. They quickly helped arrange a suitable delivery date and payment after giving me payment options. I really enjoyed the experience and would absolutely go back. I saw a few pieces of furniture that I am planning to shop for in the future. Hopefully I will have more time next time so that I can check out the upstairs of the premises!
Very happy with guys who delivered unfortunately one sofa was damaged 😭. A new one was delivered within 4 days so excellent service . We are now very happy with our new comfy sofas and footstool.
Was greeted by Chris humphrey at the Cardiff store with a warm smile....he give us a bit of information that we needed and didn't follow us around or hound us in any way until we called upon him.. Top guy top salesman and top corna sofa bought 👍
