Really pleased with the premium delivery service from Kevin and Charlie. They contacted in advance to let us know they were on their way. Both were friendly and polite, taking care to put down protective flooring before starting. They worked quickly, neatly and efficiently, ensuring everything was done with care. Kevin also took the time to explain the aftercare and safety features, which was much appreciated.

Really disappointed that solid wood bed frame has broken in under 7 months and company would not honour 1 year warranty expressing that manufacturer faults can only occur within 6 months so they are refusing to send a replacement part or offer alternative. Call handler was very polite but I was made to feel that whatever I said was being turned into an excuse for why they would not consider offering a replacement part (their rationales changed multiple times throughout the call each time I offered a reason or questioned their response) for example initially I was told it was not in warranty, then I explained it was under 1 year old they gave a different excuse and so on.
We had a lovely gentleman serve us in the shop. I don't know why we hadn't been there sooner. After our purchase we had two really friendly delivery guys, who were very polite and helpful. Delivering our purchase with great care. Will definitely shop at Oak Furniture land again.
We felt comfortable with the purchasing experience in store. The delivery was on time and trouble free. Most of all we are delighted with the furniture and people who have seen it have been very complimentary.

We recently purchased a Brompton Painted Acacia and Ash Top 7 Drawer Chest and a Brompton Painted Acacia Dressing Mirror from Oak Furnitureland in Doncaster. Both pieces are made from solid hardwood and are of outstanding quality. From the moment we walked into the store, the service we received was excellent. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and ensured our entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. An added bonus was receiving a tin of Furniture Wax Polish to help protect our new furniture, which was a thoughtful touch.
