Great quality settee. Although there is a delivery charge, it was a very good service. Everything was unpacked and checked and packaging taken away.
William and Joshua were fantastic when delivering our new sofa... even when it looked like the sofa wouldn't fit, they were determined not to be defeated and get it into our house. With a little bit of induntity and perseverance, they succeeded. Both chaps were pleasent, polite and friendly with a 5 star service.
We are very pleased with the Romsey console table and delivery was much quicker than anticipated. It is a solid and attractive piece of furniture. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the 3 stickers (2 large) on the rear of the table. I appreciate that a console table is usually put against a wall but we are using it as a room divider so the rear is visible. The back is well finished with attractive panels marred by the stickers.

We bought a table, waited 7 weeks, they took the money, then it was a complete disaster, the chairs came incomplete, the place we bought it from didn't care at all and we've been waiting for months for the chair parts to arrive. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.
Sales staff were very helpful and knew their products well. The product fitted the dimensions we need. The wood finish was fine. The drawers could have better sliders. Lead times were longish. Delivery should have phoned when about 30 minutes away, but didn't. Said the phone battery was flat.

Stecie and Jarek delivered our furniture, Dave, a superviser was also helping. All were very polite and friendly. We had a 3 seater electric recliner and 2 single electric recliner chairs delivered. Stecie called 10 minutes before delivery. They unloaded the furniture outside the door, got rid of all packing and brought each piece in, approx 15 pieces. They were expertly put together, plugged in and moved into place. Extremely pleased with their service.
