Having previously bought from Oak Furniture Land we were more than happy to purchase online. The whole process from choosing, ordering to delivery was excellent. I must mention delivery, whilst it was an evening slot which due to circumstances beyond the lads control was a little later than anticipated. However this didn’t affect the service, they were apologetic , friendly, helpful and we couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you

Very good quality and impressive oak nest of tables delivered with friendly care by Chris Pegg and Benjamin. One star deducted as screwed on packing tab using small Philips screws was impossible to shift by hand. Needed powerful electric drill to overcome the problem.

Very good staff not pushy
We had our large dinning table and 8 chairs delivered yesterday using the premium package. We chose the rustic oak thinking it would be a closer match to our dinning room doors. Once it was delivered we realised that the rustic was too dark and that we should have gone for the natural oak. After a sleepless, stressful night worrying. I contacted customer services, the first young lady I spoke to was Tia. She was being extremely helpful but the call ended abruptly due to an IT fault. I called back and spoke to Sofia and explained the situation both Tia and Sofia were very understanding and extremely helpful, very polite and professional. Exchanging our table and chairs for the natural oak could not have been more straightforward. To say that I was so relieved and delighted with the outcome is a HUGE understatement. I cannot thank Tia and Sofia enough after all my worry it was no problem exchanging the set for the natural oak. The exchange procedure and customer service that Oak Furnitureland has in place is excellent, first class. I only wish other companies dealt so swiftly and professionally to resolve problems. A huge thank you to you all from the staff Ryan in your branch also Tia and Sofia. We look forward to the uplift and delivery on Monday 17 March.
Terrible company. We were at home waiting for the delivery, but didn’t received any phone calls from a delivery and no update. However this company charged a fee and cancelled the order without discussing with the driver. We have a proof that we did not receive any phone calls, but the customer support was terrible. SCAM
I have given two stars, not due to the products I received but due to the service I received. Now my dining room table and chairs are up and built. They look absolutely stunning although the service provided by oak furniture Land was very very poor. I paid an extra 100 pound for a premium delivery service where they would bring it into my house and build it although when they arrived there were parts missing. I was then told I would have to wait another week for them to come and build it. That was a full week of having nowhere to sit to eat and having to looking at cardboard boxes in my dining room . A week later when they returned after they left and I inspected the table I realized that No word of a lie,around 40 screws were loose And one of the chair chairs even had a screw missing. Where they get these guys to build their furniture I do not know, they do not care about it one tiny bit. Imagine there was a child under the table or on the chair and it collapsed due to not being put together properly. Furniture and seriously need to reconsider and train the people that build their furniture after all they are not cheap. I was given a 50 pound discount although what is 50 pound when the table cost £2220!
Well, very good so far, expecting our order next week.
