The table is as good as we expected and matches our cabinets and coffee table. The only downside was having to wait 12 weeks for delivery.

We went into Oak furniture land. We were immediately approached by a member of staff (Andrew) who asked us what we were looking for. He was warm and welcoming. We explained that we were renovating our house and were looking for furniture. We wandered around the shop accompanied by Andrew. We spotted quite a few products that we liked and Andrew told us about them. My son pointed out a sofa and sat down. We then explained what kind of sofa we were looking for-size, material, space available in our house etc. Eventually after a couple of hours we bought the sofa. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the product and explained the build quality. He made us a drink and didn't rush us or pressure us to buy. The showroom was clean, warm and well presented. We felt comfortable in the store. Andrew was a fantastic salesman and we will visit the store again to buy some other products.

Very good experience from the moment we went into the store, the salesman was helpful and not pushy. We ordered online and did not want the suite for 3 months. We were kept informed all throughout the 3 months and it arrived on the day we asked for. The delivery guys were great and the suite is lovely. I have since bought from them again as I was so impressed.
