Quality made furniture in real wood. When the items were delivered I was a bit disappointed to see "Made in Vietnam" on the bed outer packaging. I had assumed it was British made with it being oak wood, but I should have asked when buying. Having said that the king-sized bed and new mattress, and sofa bed are very comfy and well worth paying that bit extra for.

After shopping for weeks for a suite of furniture 🪑 we finally got one in Oak furniture land. We entered the store and immediately Stuart knew we needed help. He asked if he could give any advice, he offered us a measurement tape and said he wouldn’t hound us unless we needed him. We settled on the latest one in store. We asked for extra seating and Stuart gave us all the options and colours as well. After settling on our ideal corner sofa we added a foot stool as well. He told us everything we needed to know from ordering to delivery. So 5 stars is is well deserved

We had been to other companies as wanted modular corner group. On looking in your Lincoln store @ one in window, we were trying to decide if too big for our lounge. James came to our rescue, not pushy but took the time to show us smaller versions & ways to change it. We ended up with buying the 4 one, insurance, cleaning set, stool & premier delivery, What a a credit to your company, thank you James. Lovely range of furniture to view in the showroom. Very helpful staff member who guided us to the most appropriate items for our requirements. Took time to go over the itemised bill. Discovered price had reduced after we made our purchase and a refund of the difference was arranged.

We had great assistance in the shop from Paul. The order came on time and within 40 minutes it was all unpacked and assembled in the bedroom. Can’t praise them enough, super job.
We came looking for a coffee table but ended up with 2 piece sofa - the shop was well presented and sales staff very attentive and knowledgable - answering all our questions and finding stock availability and delivery dates very swiftly
Pleasant efficient no nonsense friendly
This was not what I was expecting. The description of the item needs to make it clear that the table needs assembly. I bought it at a sale price but would not have paid the full price had I known it was flatpack.
Good quality product efficient sales staff not to pushy, and delivery drivers very pleasant and tided up after themselves.
We had a sideboard delivered today by Kevin and Charlie - they were both very helpful and polite they did an excellent job and were very careful with all aspects of the delivery - couldn’t ask for more.
