I ordered 2 small oak sideboards for my flat, they are really lovely I am very pleased with them. The delivery went very smoothly as I was worried , as I live in a first floor flat and read that some companies only deliver door stop deliveries outside the property , the delivery guys were really great , they put them in room of choice and told me the best way to unpack them which was straight forward , they were very well packaged and protected . All in all a great experience Thankyou 😊 will definitely come back as need some side tables .

We had a good idea of what we wanted when we made what was our first visit to Oak Furnitureland. Your sales assistant, Shabir Tayub, was just great. He was very helpful and knew his stuff but without any pressure or sales patter. We ended up buying what we had intended in the first place, but with much more confidence as a result of Shabir's help. The atmosphere in the shop was relaxed and the displays really excellent, with plenty of room to look around a piece of furniture. The price was also good and we were given a speedy delivery slot. The two people who delivered were bang on time and were really excellent at placing the table and sideboard in place, unwrapping, assembling the table, checking through for quality and making sure we were happy. They also took all the packaging away with them and were cheery and polite throughout. I really cannot fault the whole experience. Oh, and the furniture looks excellent.

The delivery guys were fantastic, so helpful and polite, I n and out in super fast time and assembled my sofa perfectly. Also I was fortunate mt sofa was available almost 2 weeks ahead of original delivery and I was able to bring the delivery forward! Love the sofa highly recommend, great product and service
We went to the store to look around, then ordered online. Very easy to do. Was given a date for delivery followed by a time window for arrival. All went very well. Only had delivery to the first available room, delivery staff were very polite and professional. Very pleased all round
I feel very strongly that after placing such a large, expensive order we were still expected to pay a delivery charge. In addition, it would have cost us £90 to have the furniture delivered to our bedroom which was far too steep. This, for me, let down the service we received.
