Good furniture delivered on time. Sturdy. Looks good too. Evening delivery on the day it was promised. Evening was informed in advance. We spent some late hours trying unpack it. There is a-lot of packaging. I would order again. It was not my first choice but the choices on 7 day delivery are smaller. Some quoted dates of 2-3 months away - check before you buy. Those details only show when an on line purchase is almost completed. That was frustrating.
Our furniture delivery experience was excellent. Gavin and Dominic let us know when they were 15 minutes away and arrived well within our time slot. They were extremely friendly, polite and worked efficiently and professionally. They unpacked the 2 sofas, and took packaging away, then carried them carefully into the lounge and put them in place for us. They were an excellent team. Thank you.
The staff (Pól) were helpful and attentive to our needs. As we are getting a new house extension they are holding the furniture until a suitable date. All aspects of delivery fully explained.

The nice thing about shopping in this shop was,we were asked on entry if we required any assistance we didn't do we were left alone to check the products we were interested in, about half way round we were asked again we didn't and we were left to make our minds up.when we had we called the salesman and bought a lovely bed and chest of drawers.

Great service from Oak furniture land. Very helpful in the store in Salisbury and was delivered on time . This is the second time we have used them ,we got our sofas from them as well .

Lovely friendly and well informed sales person who did not hassle me. Delivery in less than a week. Delivery and setting up was trouble free and the two guys who came were charming.
The salesman Mr James Hutton was very helpful & understanding to our needs. He explained the finer points in buying from oak furniture, & did not pester us like others tried..while making our purchase.. (What an asset to your company) very pleasant man.

Furniture is great and just what we wanted. The low score was for the bad experience with the delivery crew, which has really let down the company. *Edit I originally gave them 2 stars due to the delivery element, but now happy to add that their customer services have rang me and assured me that they will be looking into the delivery side of my order, which i am happy about. Nice to see a company reacting in a positive way to all feedback

I would love to have a dining table which was ordered and paid for and a delivery day booked. The first delivery was cancelled and a new date given with a promise that it would be delivered. I received an email telling me they would give me a 3 hour time slot, only to receive another email saying sorry but it will not be delivered. Another call to customer service to find it’s still not in the country with an earliest date for delivery of 26 March. I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint but there wasn’t one available however they could bring could bring the date forward till the 15 March, how will that be achieved???!!! If I want to make a complaint I have to send them an email not someone would contact be, good customer service. I will not order anything from this company again as this will be 3 months but they still state on their website delivery in 7 weeks. If you want something on time don’t order from Oak Furnitureland. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
