Yes was fine with the guys very helpful but we only had bit of a slight delay as I thought should of been better by getting settee in bk door as more wide than front but was straight forward into hall way but I wasn’t to no he said didn’t the shop mentioned to you which with it being dismantled thought would of got in more easy anyway did in end I just made it a little hard for them all !!

I ordered a clock that arrived with a clear manufacturing defect. This blemish appeared to be a scorch mark from machining, however it was judged as a "natural imperfection in the wood". To return the item, I was made to pay £10 and with the delivery of £10, I am £20 worse off and have nothing to show for it. The whole experience was a complete farce - I first used the online chat, and then had to follow an email link to upload some photos. I then had to telephone the customer support team, to whom I was on hold to for over 20 minutes. The customer advisor lacked any compassion and was completely unapologetic to the situation. All I wanted was a replacement, however was told that I could only receive a partial refund. Collection will be in a week, so I have to store this huge clock somewhere! Oak Furnitureland is a company that deals in wooden products, and will seemingly blame any defect as a "natural imperfection". Don't run the risk - shop elsewhere!

Chris Pegg and Benjamin delivered two dressers and one large TV unit. They phoned me about 15 minutes before arrival. They were fast and care for my furniture, without leaving any trash inside my apartment. Chris installed the two dressers very professionally. They were polite and friendly.
