The sales person lqrar Ali made us quite welcome we wasn't pressurised into buying any , when we did find something that we liked ,he gave us the option of what chairs we like and the finish coverings. First class salesperson Regards Terry
I did everything online it was very easy because am not very good doing anything online, I had a email given me a day and 3 hour slot, a call saying they are going to be 20 minutes. Two very nice boys that delivered vey quick efficient and polite 10 out 10.

Sale’s man was great showed us what was available and let us take time to look around and decide ( also answered any questions about products ) . We were told about delivery options . The products arrived on time and were really well packed and in perfect condition .

The company, we're efficient, in their communications, giving us choices of delivery dates and times. Also, keeping us well informed prior to the delivery ! The driver, gave us accurate, time for delivery. The suite was delivered, assembled and all packaging removed. Friendly and efficient in every way. Fantastic service !!

I think the products you sell are of very good quality and well worth the money. I was also more than happy with your customer service boy, who was more than helpful, also the delivery men were more than polite, although they may have forgot to give the 30 minute call just before they delivered on the day. I do think that charging people £50 to have a ready assembled item put in a room and have the packaging removed and taken away is a little expensive. Only, due to the fact the company only charge a customer a £100 to get a large item delivered, put in any room, which could also include the delivery men having to carry the said item of furniture up stairs and then having to assemble the item of furniture and removing and taking away all the packaging. Which is far more work for a extra £50 But, I would still buy, from oak furniture land due to the quality of their furniture and having such great staff.

Cannot fault the products we bought. Table and chairs and bedside units. Solid furniture and well worth the wait. Staff at store very helpful and even though delivery was very late in day delivery men were helpful polite and cheerful.
marvelous quality furniture, great and helpful delivery. Very expensive but you get what you pay for, overall i think it’s worth it for such lovely furniture that should last a lifetime if looked after!!
