The staff in the shop were efficient, personable and very happy to help. The communication about the delivery was very satisfactory. And the delivery men were lovely.
Good showroom. Relatively near my flat. Good salesman. Good sofa. Wide enough for my wide frame. Delivery in only 7 days since sofa was already in stock. £200 discount after price drop between order and delivery. Prompted me to reorganise my lounge after delivery! Might've been cheaper elsewhere but quality might've been lower at another shop.

We've had a terrible experience with Oak Furnitureland. We ordered a sofa bed in September which we needed for someone to use as a bed to look after our toddler while I went into hospital. It arrived on time, but the frame was so bent you couldn't pull it out into a bed properly. When I phoned OFL, they informed me that the soonest we could get a replacement would be early January - too late for the time we needed it for. When that date rolled around I had a phone call to say the delivery guys had gone to pick it up and it wasn't there, and we would have to wait another 7 weeks. It has just been redelivered today, and part of the fabric is ripped and was dropped from a height twice by the delivery guys as well as being set fabric down on the wet pavement outside our house while the guys were trying to bring it in. Now I have to wait for a technician to come and repair it, and I'm very concerned there might be further damage from being dropped from about 3 foot twice! On both delivery occasions we have also had damage caused to our property by the delivery men, and now, almost 6 months after ordering, we still don't have what we paid for! We are very disappointed with OFL, as we saved up to get a good quality piece of furniture that so far has not matched up to expectations.

Item was damaged in multiple places. Having waited so long and to avoid the hassle of dealing with a replacement I accepted the small partial refund, but I wouldn’t pay what I have effectively paid for something with this much damage if I’d known this would be the outcome. I’d be reluctant to risk buying again.

Saw furniture in store wanted time to decide and then went online to order and take advantage of 3 years interest free.All done and appt in a matter of minutes and free delivery which suited us.
The furniture looks good, it was very well packaged and was delivered on time by very pleasant people.
When we visited the showroom we were greeted by Jeff , who was extremely helpful. The sofa we chose was delivered with care, and we are very happy with it.

from lovely and helpful service in the store to careful and considerate delivery drivers who put my items together and set them up in my home, I would recommend oak furnitureland to everyone. I went to the silverlink store and will be visiting again. also a shout out to the lady who served me as she even recommended where we could go to eat when we finished.
From visiting the showroom to delivery of furniture was excellent. The store colleague who looked after us when deciding on which dining table suited our needs was so helpful but not “pushy”. We were kept upto date with the delivery process, the delivery team were excellent too. First class service! Will definitely use this company again.
From start to delivery our experience with oak furniture land was amazing. We were served in store by Olivia who was amazing...not pushy just extremely professional and helpful and so bright and bubbly. Gavin and Dominic delivered our furniture starting with a polite phone call to tell us they were 30 mins away. Both very happy polite chatty guys who put our sofas all in place and took away all packaging. What a credit to oak furniture land all 3 staff were. Thanks all

Well worth the wait! I was nervous about the sofa not being able to fit through the door but there were several opportunities with email updates that included the dimensions so I could recheck to put my mind at rest. The delivery was outstanding - staff were friendly and helpful. Sofa is stunning and so comfortable.

As soon as we walked in the store we weren't pestered in any way. We found what we were looking for and given all the necessary information that we needed. Sales person was very pleasant and informative
Cancelled the original order for no apparent reason. Told me that I had cancelled it. They had no idea what is going on. Then new order delayed by 8 weeks despite taking 100% of the money up front.
