I have bought porcelain patio slabs from Nustone. They are excellent quality and price. Raj could not have been more helpful. He organised the delivery to suit me and it arrived bang on time. The lorry driver was also very pleasant & helpful. It was a very pleasant and professional transaction. Thank you Nustone.

Absolutely awful after purchase experience. Having spent thousands of pounds on rainbow indian sandstone from this company my landscaper contacted them to say there appeared to be a problem with the surface of several slabs, almost looked like they had been hit with muscat balls. Email after email, advising him the issue had been escalated to the top team, weeks went by and still no answer. I then emailed them to ask what was happening as my job was being held up now waiting on a reply. A very curt email back from some customer service minion stating that due to my name not being on the order they wouldn't speak to me about it - hardly looking for lab results!! Then went on to advise me that because it's a natural product there was nothing they could do. I would avoid this company because if you have a problem they are not interested, the issue I have with the slabs has been looked at by independent installers and they all agree it's not right. A company that doesn't bat an eyelid when a customer closes their account, after around a hundred thousand pound of orders, needs to have a good hard look at themselves. Take your business elsewhere would be my advice.

Great prices and good quality items

Although quality of their paving slabs is good, the custom service is very bad they arranged for a delivery company to deliver my paving slabs the set delivery company pall Bywater Dover broke my concrete post as my contract was with Nustone . I tried to get Them to sort it out and they just passed the back to pall Bywater Dover And they came back when I said wasn’t satisfied with well. I should’ve taken photographs or a video all in all not very good custom service, so I won’t be recommending them again. Today6/2/25 one month from delivery day Nustone offered me £50 which is more of an insult as it is going to cost a a minimum £300 + to rectify the breakage As l am a pensioner on limited budget and have used my savings up already having patio replaced They were told of broken fence post and photos sent that afternoon as requested by them all in all not they are not very helpful Just video all deliveries from their chosen delivery driver

Priscilla made what was a painful reorder so much easier, great to deal with. The last order for Valencia tiles were fabulous and highly recommend for cleaning, skid free and they don't get too hot under feet when it eventually gets warm

Recently completed an autumn project using Nustone Black Limestone paving slabs. Delivery was great and all was going well until I noticed the last few slabs were damaged (based on the trouble the delivery driver had getting them in, I don't think they were damaged when dispatched). Nustone kindly replaced the slabs I needed and although it took a few weeks for them to come back in stock. Priscilla handled my claim and kept me informed along the way, showing great customer service. Will definitely use again for future paving projects.

veronica was super helpfull and sorted everything out for me. Then i had to deal with Nimeshi who did not read any of the emails and ask me for the delivery info again and told me they did not have it. (this was a lie) i eventually pointed her to historic emails to prove she did have it. HOW FUSTRATING

Clear website and the members of staff handled the order and follow up query very efficiently . The delivery was a day late but was more than made up for by the fact that the driver didn't leave the pallet by the kerbside but took it down my driveway to the rear garden .

The quality of the porcelain I have purchased from NuStone has been excellent. I am a commercial building company owner and will be using these products again in the future. Delivery was on date scheduled even even during holiday periods. VERONIKA at Kettering was fantastic when there was an issue with a payment intermediary ensuring the delivery and terms were kept by all parties, which was appreciated. I will be entering the photo competition and allowing the company to use my commercial images for any purpose they see fit.

What a brilliant company! I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of, firstly the arrival of the tile sample, quickly followed by the delivery of the full crate of tiles. The whole process, from ordering the sample to receiving the goods took a mere 6 days - 14th to 20th November. I must also compliment Nustone for using Devereux (Billingham) as the local courier to transport the tiles to my address, they were also excellent. I highly recommend Nustone after my recent experience.
