Great customer service and great delivery times
My paving took longer than the 5-to-10 working days quoted when I placed the order. It took 16 working days. Also, the bottom 2 paving slabs (both 600x900mm) on the pallet are broken so I may not have enough to complete my project. Disappointing. Happy to update this - received replacement slabs today (21st Nov). Thanks for your help, Salma!

Order 50pcs of 900x600 porcelain tiles 44pcs was perfect rest of them all smashed and customer service has told me they will credit me with £10 ...and each tile costed me like over £20 🤣🤣🤣🤣
States the slabs would arrive 5-10 working days after purchase but took well over 2 weeks, causing unnecessary expenses and wages to be paid for the job I was on. Wouldn’t recommend.

The product arrived on the date we had asked for. The 600 x 600 slabs arrived in the best condition we could have hoped for, the delivery driver was brilliant and was able to place the pallet exactly where we needed it, and the product looks so good, our builder wants them for his own patio.
The order has been received. The previous review was down to an incorrect order on my part. Nustone contacted me and I am pleased to say they went over and beyond what I expected. I'm happy to correct the review and give 5 stars for their efforts to complete this order.

I had a positive experience with Nustone. Harry Robinson was particularly helpful and knowledgeable, making the purchasing process smooth. The product quality was great, and in most cases, the delivery was prompt and convenient. There were some hiccups with delivery timing on one occasion, which required additional effort on my part. However, customer service was generally supportive and responsive, helping resolve issues when needed. Nustone offers good prices, and overall, I would recommend them.
Lady I spoke to was very helpful and phoned me back when she said she would, which was great. A few slabs were damaged and the company reimbursed me quickly, which was also impressive.
