Brilliant service start to finish, kept up to date from ordering to delivery, driver really helpful as wel.

Found the sales manager very helpful. Saw the slabs we wanted but decided on porcelain tiles that had the same appearance. Delivery was swift. Driver was helpful. Not laid the patio yet but very impressed with the level of protective packaging on the tiles in the contract packs.

Slabs are beautiful. your delivery guy was brilliant after a battle axe of a neighbour tried to be as awkward as possible refusing to move her car so he could take the crate trolly up the gate He smiled laughed and took it in his stride with humour and went out of his way to use another kerb he is a credit to your organisation .

Slabs were really well packaged upon delivery. No damages. Nustone contacted me prior to delivery to confirm access was possible before delivery. Which is great as if you can't be delivered too you will incur a fee. Great buyer experience

My wife and I wanted a new patio. Pradeep, their sales manager explained the differences between Porcelain and Sandstone slabs. We then ordered Porcelain slabs and Pradeep helped us with the type and quantities of grouting etc we required. They were delivered on the day we requested we're delighted with them. After receiving the slabs we changed the design slightly and that resulted in us being a handful of slabs short. Our builders thought it might be none or up to 10 but wanted to make more progress before confirming how many. This where Ritika from Nustone customer services came in. This lady is an absolute angel, so professional and helpful. She went out of her way to help us. I explained the issue and asked whether they had the slabs in stock and would she be prepared to put some aside until I confirmed how many we needed. She confirmed they were in stock and was quite happy to put 10 aside until I confirmed the number. When I did so a few days later she arranged for me to pick them up from their depot on the same day. Ritika went way beyond my expectations. She responded to my many questions immediately and made what could have been a difficult problem a very fast and pleasant experience. I am very thankful for the help she gave and as a result I will be recommending the company to my friends. Overall a great experience and we now have a new patio that we're delighted with.
