Really good product, well packaged, great communication and quality stone.

We found the exact Indian sandstone grey slabs in the size pack that we wanted but they weren’t in stock for express delivery so we thought we’d just have to wait the 10-15 working days & be patient. We were so surprised to get a call to arrange delivery by the end of that same week!!! They arrived on a pallet quite early in the day as promised and once unpacked all were perfect & the patio looks fab!! Thanks Sheena for your help, photos to follow when it’s decorated!!

Slabs look great and delivered on the day requested. Only issue was with the payment over the phone which was difficult. It wasn't explained properly that to make the payment you had to check that you had read the T&Cs online before the payment would go through. We got there in the end however and am pleased with the purchase

Why Nustone? Simple online ordering process, competitive pricing, prompt delivery, excellent communication, good reviews and helpful staff. We ordered a patio kit and a pallet of slabs to complement the patio and within 3 working days it was being delivered. Unfortunately, 3 slabs were found to be damaged; after some discussion with the company they agreed to replace the damaged slabs which were duly delivered intact. I'd like to express my gratitude to Nustone and in particular Ritika for their assistance, speedy response and understanding in resolving an issue that could have easily got out of hand.

I like the look of the stone and in particular the colour of autumn brown however I was one 600 x 300 short and one broken. I contacted Nustone just after receiving the stone and opening the crate but I am still waiting a call from your claims team. Now received the call and I am satisfied with the help I received. A good company to deal with.

This company fluctuates its prices on a regular basis, from a price being shown online to the following morning it being increased by over 10% from phoning a confirmation order through, but still showing the original price on it’s website.. Big red flag..

Delivered spot on when they said they would, driver very helpful and quality of the slabs seems really good (although not laid the patio yet)

The lady I spoke to was really helpful & very clear. The delivery has been made & I am pleased with the product. I wasn't hugely impressed with the £87 charge for a part pallet, as I'd spent £450+ on the materials.

We had 4 pallets of white porcelain tiles delivered ready for a new patio area, every tile individually wrapped in cardboard no damages at all. Excellent quality and excellent service would recommend to anyone. Just remember you get what you pay for, buy cheap you get cheap. High quality product and decent prices.
