Decking was good quality no damages in my delivery I am very pleased with the finished look
This was my first time using Nustone for a paving project and I was very pleased with the service and delivery, I had 3 900x600 silver granite slabs broken when I opened my second crate and they couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting this issue out . I would highly recommend and would definitely be using them again on future projects.
Good product delivery and reasonable price
I made a mistake after I've place the order, couldn't decide between two different porcelain tiles, lovely lady that phoned me regarding delivery went above and beyond (sent pictures of the two tiles so I could see them in day light) after comparing the two went with the second one, order was changed at that point to new style without a fuss. Thank you again for sorting it out. You've been brilliant (apologies I cannot remeber your name)

Ordered by phone, helpful staff matched batch codes for me. Deliveries well organised. Had to claim for three broken pavers which we discovered on unpacking the delivery. These were replaced without a quibble and I was able to collect the replacements along with some extras from Nustone's site with the helpful on-site staff.
