I order about a pallet of slabs with a required delivery on the Thursday or Friday of the week. When I chased up on the Friday when nothing arrived I was told there was an issue with delivery and couldn’t be completed til the following Thursday! No pre notice give at all so had to drive to collect on a 5 1/2hour return journey! Only £40 of delivery charge refunded.. Update: the company called to make good on the issues. Full delivery refunded and a promise to change their processes in the future

I had to call because I couldn’t order what I-needed online. I’ve spoken to customer services before. They are really good. Sorted out my order, very helpful and knowledgable.

We ordered a tile to finish our exterior patio and stairs. We were a little short and I contacted customer services about whether the tile would be restocked or not. I was assured it would be back in stock and encouraged to sign up for an update on when it would be back in stock. It has been nearly 3 months now, and there is no news, meaning my project remains at a standstill. None of the customer service team can give me any specific update about whether this role will come back in stock. It's appalling customer service.

Product Raj Green indian sandstone was well packed, securely delivered and zero breakages upon delivery. Communication absolutely on point from moment of order to delivery. Price was as always top compared to other merchants too.

Service was quick & efficient in receiving sample but the one I wanted was O/S so chose another ..was too dark ..

Ordered 4 pallets of porcelain tiles on the 30th September they were delivered on the 2nd of October really nice tiles and very fairly priced moved 1 pallet and not 1damaged not opened other 3 pallets yet so can't say but they look undamaged each tile is individually wrapped with plastic protectors on each corner really easy process they keep u informed the whole way through to let u know when delivery coming then the delivery driver rings on the day will definitely use nustone again and will deffo recommend to anybody thanks nustone for the easy experience.
