DONT ORDER SAMPLES FROM THIS STORE,if you have laminate at home.i will explain why.They wrapping heavy sharp tile sample in the thin bobble wrap and put in the ENVELOPE.can you imagine nearly 1 kg tile with sharp sides in the unvelope.so.delivery person trow envelope trew the door hole. falling on the floor A TILE MAKE A HOLE ON MY LAMINATE.sadlly I can't put picture here. I email the company and they told me that wrapping is safe.and offer me to buy tiles from them with small discount .no thank you.Be carefully.

From the 1st phone call to delivery the guys at Nustone have been great. Pradeep and Ajith have been very helpful making sure we got what we wanted and a quick delivery, we had the sawn mint Indian sandstone with bullnose steps, really happy, we will be coming back when we do our next project.

Ordered a pallet of slabs from Nustone Delivery was very quick, tiles were lovely better than picture would highly recommend this company for slabs

Product turned up late and labelled correctly but once the slabs were laid it was clear they were not what I had ordered. No apologies for the delay in delivering even though it meant the paid labour was hanging around for day being paid for nothing. I was told the manager would call me back to discuss the issues I had experienced from order to delivery but they never called. So disappointed with the final look as it was nothing like the picture on the website. The lovely green and brown tones did not exist and the slabs were all plain grey, pattern was also disappointing. I can only assume the wrong label was on the crate but I certainly would not use this company again.

We visited Nustone in Marks tey, Harry Robinson welcomed us in and talked us through the sand stone slab options available to us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Moving forward to placeing an order, he was helpful and kept us informed with regards to delivery times. We had 6 slabs broken on delivery, but this was out of their control. Even this got dealt with quickly and easily. Would certainly recommend and will use again.
