Reliable VPN Client, easy to use
Been using NordVPN for several years and plan on continuing to use for several more.
It started off last March 2024 and I bought the annual subscription. I have literally had the worst experience of all. It often blocked the internet, it kept giving me a hard time when connecting, it would take longer time to get me in, and I mostly had to explore different countries or locations to get away from the delay. I am mostly online for work and there were times glitches happened caused by this Nord VPN thing. It nearly sabotaged my meetings. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Love the specific service of the VPN and how it is easy to adjust and see all the things I can do with it. I feel confident in the protection it is giving and it hasn't slowed down my processing speed. Also, they have great customer service! Had an issue as Windows was updating and caused a problem but the chat was very quick to respond with a real person. I purchased NordVPN, because it was advertised on Google as useful in China, with a 30 day money back guarantee trial etc. But after I'd paid for it and downloaded the app-it didn't mention if it would work in China. It took 24 hours for customer support to reply and they just redirected to me to a link about VPN etc. When I arrived at the link, there was a message in red, stating they can't operate in China. I therefore requested a refund, but they said I had to go to Livechat, but Livechat doesn't anywhere on their pages.Just goes round in circles with automatic messages from support
They recommended a solution. I did it and it fixed my concern/
Their customer support has been outstanding. 100/100 Customer support. Pedro Morales was a support specialist; he guided me extremely well. And every time if need some kind of support they give you answers in seconds.
Service is great! A little more pricy than other providers, but I primarily use the service on a docker container. And while it was a pain to setup, it has been rock solid ever sense. Your phone, Windows PC, docker containers, Linux desktop or server can be covered by this service.
Ease of setup. Ease of use. Very helpful and informative user interface. I like the dedicated IP server and I use it most of the time. In a few, isolated cases, I've had to use an Obfuscated server, and that normally resolves any problems. Very good software product. It's a keeper.
great most of the time ,but auto opening on connection does not always stop when off is selected, then interferes mobile connections

It was hard to figure out what was wrong because another app was involved, but NORD gave me "command" files to run, which fixed some corruption, and also enabled me to FINALLY get .NET Framework 8.0.13 installed by helping me fix issues! The main issue is still there, but it's not on the NORD end. I found a way to work around it.
