Vorsicht! Es ist standartmässig eine automatische Abo Verlängerung eingestellt! Sehr fragwürdige Methode Kunden zu binden. Ich hatte/wollte testweise ein Monats Abo (16,65 Euro), das hat sich dann automatisch verlängert. Nachdem ich die Paypal Rechnung bekommen habe wurde unmittelbar der Kundenservice angeschrieben das ich nicht verlängern möchte bzw. mein Geld zurück will. Es kam nie eine Reaktion. Bauernfängerei !
Ich meldete ein Problem beim Programm-Start von NordVPN auf einem meiner Geräte. Am gleichen Tag noch bekam ich von Julio Gonzalez Tipps, was den Fehler verursachen könnte und er bat mich Angaben zur Umgebung zu senden. Kurz darauf wurde nachgefragt, wie der Stand der Dinge ist. Ich ging die Fehlersuche systematisch an und konnte ein Programm ausfindig machen, welches für den Fehler verantwortlich war. Dieses meldete ich zurück und von Gabriel Salas bekam ich gleichentags eine Anweisung, welche Einstellung ich in NordVPN wie anpassen sollte, und das genau war die Lösung. Mein Programm läuft jetzt stabil. Herzlichen Dank. Kompetentester und schnellster Kundendienst, mit dem ich je zu tun hatte!!!

Seems to disrupt the internet connection sometimes especially when streaming or playing games! Also seems to randomly disconnect itself! Seems a a bit like bloatware not what I'd expect for a subscription but it is relatively cheap! Internet runs a lot smother with it switched off! And no I don’t want to waste my time contacting your support. I wanted a program that could install and would do it’s job with minimum fuss. I didn’t want a program that I have to contantly administrate! Just gone down to 2 stars!

I contacted NordVPN because my coupon code kept getting rejected on the activation page. The first reply completely missed the point, and the follow-up was just a list of generic fixes—try a different browser, use incognito mode, clear your cache. The error clearly said the coupon was wrong, so how would any of that help? I even tried the suggested steps, but nothing worked. It really felt like they didn’t even read my original message. At least it's good to learn about their Customer Support quality before subscribing.

I use on Android phone, iPad, and Win 11 PC and have been a user for about 4 years. Pros: Easy to use, good speed, specialty servers, many server locations, usually reliable Cons: Expensive if you don’t find a sign up deal; many sites won’t connect unless VPN is paused, VPN occasionally pauses without warning making it appear that internet service is unavailable. Solution is stopping and restarting the VPN.
