If you ever need real technical support, do not count on NordVPN. Their so-called "support team" is just a bunch of script-readers who don’t actually read your messages. I had an issue that required escalation, but instead of helping, they kept copy-pasting the same generic instructions—even after I told them multiple times I had already done everything they asked. The worst part? My diagnostics file was too large to attach (13GB), so I uploaded it to OneDrive and shared the link. Their response? "We can’t open links." No alternative, no real solution—just the same useless steps over and over again. I asked for an N2+ level technician, but they just kept bouncing me between unhelpful agents. At this point, their "support" is worse than having no support at all. If you ever run into a complex issue, good luck getting any real help. NordVPN might work when it works, but if something breaks, expect a frustrating loop of nonsense.

VPN réactif et ergonomique dans son interface utilisateur. Gros bémol cependant, le module "Anti-menace Pro". En effet, lorsque l'on active les options "¨Protection avancée de la navigation" et/ou "Bloqueur de publicités et de traqueurs", bloquent l'accès à beaucoup de site internet (débridable manuellement) et génèrent des erreurs d'affichage sur les éléments dynamiques (incrustations images, vidéos, etc). Pas de réglage particulier pour adapter le blocage. Concernant la whitelist de certains traqueurs, ils ne sont parfois pas reconnu lors du blocage ce qui empêche de les ajouter et donc de débloquer l'accès à certains sites. Vraiment pénible comme calibrage par défaut.

Had a question about my subscription, the question was answered within 5 mins, and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Nord itself first rate service, and so far not a single issue.

I'm still not getting solution to my on going issue with autocorrect. Although you have been helpful, no solutions have been permanent. I have 2 devices that are experiencing the same issue....that is autoconnect is not working and have to engage manually

The power of a poor review - fair play though to Nord, following 1* review due to issues below, within 24 hours we have both been given the extra three months we had been entitled to. As a new customer no problems with the software (so far) but very disappointed with customer service via web chat See review from Colin 8 hours ago. He recommended me via link but neither he nor I received the three free months they promised if a subscription was taken out using a recommendation link sent from a user. In web chat both Colin and I separately received confirmation that my sign up did follow a link but they then retracted that confirmation and said we were not entitled to 3 months free. I asked to speak to a supervisor but his suggested solution was to cancel my contract (already paid for ) and get another link sent ad sign up again. As if I’m going to do that with no guarantee of not being charged twice and what’s to say the link will be recognised this time around. Customer care is non existent in this case and will just have to keep my fingers crossed that I don’t have to contact them again Nord - if you ask me for a support ticket I don’t have one - as far as I recall there wasn’t one and there was no means to download a copy of the transcript though I do have a screenshot of when you confirmed that a link was used.

Easy to continue my subscription however after all the years I have been with you I'm upset that just like other companies I don't get a price structure to say thank you for my loyalty. Just par for the course in today's society. Great service though.

Well I am not a computer smart so some times the answers I do not understand if I have problem. Computer lanuage is difficut for me . I would like much easier answer rather then going onto youtube.

Nord VPN's products are solid, but my customer experience isn't so good. If you let Nord auto-renew your subscription, the renewal fee is very high. Luckily, I realised this in time.

It take some time to connect when I turned on my laptop or desktop. Reddit blocked NordVPN traffic. I even uninstalled and installed NordVPN then it keeps asking if I want to install again everytime I turn it on so I have to cancel installation even though it’s already running or I’m already connected. Very annoying
