All my devices operate using NordVPN. so I'm better protected. Easy to use, great when in other countries. Being online and with a higher degree of safety is the key task which Nord provides. They do the complicated stuff - I just use it!
efficient, do the job. Annoying thing, if he disconnect on a public wifi and you want to reconnect using google account, you have to use the wifi without protection in order to connect.... illogic.
If it wasn't for NordVPN, I'd be spending an additional $80s on tv. They know what they're doing. Got a great deal for a 2 year plan also.

Terrible VPN service. Doesn’t work in China. Tried to apply for refund to my free trial, but they refused to pay even though it was still during the free trial window. Terrible customer support and a scam. Use other VPN services, this one is expensive, poor, and the company does not care for its customers.

I'm not a tech guru but Nord is a solid program that looks after itself. If I have a problem with connecting a simple refresh till it finds its way works. Will continue using.

Let me start by giving a shoutout to Diego Garcia (◍•ᴗ•◍)♡ ✧*, a fantastic customer service agent, as he is super friendly, kind, down-to-earth and super-duper helpful!!! In my experience, Nord has fantastic customer service, especially if you are direct, straightforward and polite. (That said, I've only spoken with 1 customer service agent so far ':) ) The Nord product is an all-around very decent product; they have a ton of different server locations, which is awesome!! and a bunch of different browsing protection, download-security (anti-malware) and ad & tracker blocker (threat protection pro), which is pretty damn great for a VPN service! (note: the presence or absence of these last few features may depend on your type of subscription.) All this said, I have had some trouble with connecting to a VPN server with Nord, it may take a while sometimes (that said, may or may not be helpful to restart the app and/or your computer). The kill switch has its advantages, and is a great feature from a security standpoint; that said, it may be useful to put more emphasis on the feature for first-time users, as it may have important implications worth understanding.
Seldom seem to have a problem with NORD.
I had an issue with lost connection to Nord VPN. I sent a Help Request and immediately had a response and solution to my problem from Miguel. My issue was resolved and now I am now back to normal. Thank you Nord VPN.

Local printing is very problematic because their VPN routes local printing traffic to their VPN (instead of the local printer). There is no way to exclude this. You can only mark WIFI networks as 'safe' and local, but you cannot mark a local WIRED network as safe. Their support told me they are aware of the printing problem, but no solution has been offered, other than "disable the VPN". This combined with a 50% price increase for this year made me cancel my automatic renewal after having used them for 4 years. If they resolve the printing issue before my next renewal (feb 2026), I might consider re-activating, but still it is very overpriced and the "solution" offered is not satisfying.
