J’ai abonné mon fils pendant 2 ans à ce service, …qui lui ralentissait nettement sa connexion, voire les faisait planter. A la souscription, j’ai bien reçu leurs « remerciements pour l’achat » (96€88 les 2 ans)…mais aucune trace de l’engagement de renouvellement automatique…ce qui, vous en conviendrez est une clause éminemment importante à mettre en avant pour ne pas tromper le client ! De plus, entre la fin de l’abonnement et le nouvel abonnement, se sont écoulés 3 mois. Le service commercial à l’audace de me signifier que ces 3 mois « étaient gratuits »…ce qui a pour conséquence que quand j’ai reçu le renouvellement auquel je ne m'attendais pas, le délai de 30J pour remboursement était écoulé ! La bonne blague ! En conséquence, je me retrouve, malgré le fait d’avoir arrêté de m’en servir, avec un nouvel abonnement à 179€86 sans aucune explication (soit quand même 85% d’augmentation sans aucun justificatif) !!! Une belle bande d’escrocs, bien entendu avec un service client ne voulant rien entendre (exactement comme lu dans les commentaires précédents) car cela fait partie des conditions générales, blablabla… Alors, si vous voulez mon avis, ce fournisseur VPN n’est pas honnête, son service commercial est incompétent, et en plus son service est mauvais… Alors Fuyez tant qu’il est encore temps !
Zonder waarschuwing of email wil NordVPN een groot bedrag van mijn rekening schrijven ovv doorlopend abonnement. Daarvoor had ik geen toestemming gegeven. Ik heb mijn rekeningnummer om die reden laten blokkeren. Erg vervelend dat er vele e-mails nodig zijn om dit netjes op te lossen met medewerking van NordVPN.
I like that I'm able to use this on multiple devices with relative ease. Pricing is competitive and the security is worth the cost. This is the best VPN I have used so far.
It's fast and easy to use. Definitely recommend it!
After installing software, my email would not work correctly on my iPad. Then on my desktop computer, it ruined two of my most trusted programs, which after uninstalling The VPN I had to purchase and reinstall my software for them to work properly
I have used the product for 8 years now. I have never had an issue with NORD VPN. It is very cost effective and efficient. I will continue using it for another 8 years.
I subscribed but it cannot be used in mainland China, but the customer service is very proactive in helping me

It provides a secure way to access the internet. It also provides a means to access UK television without being blocked. However the provision is hampered by poor connection issues and sometimes it's not possible to access UK television at all or else it's buffering so much it's just not worth trying to waatch anything. lso the second year's subscription was a lot higher than the first year, which I wasn't expecting.
