Really very good experience overall. However, I have found on rare occasion when staying at one hotel that having your vpn on may stop use of the hotel’s protected internet service, particularly where a special code may be issued to each room.

Recent experience with NordVPN has been unbelievably poor. For whatever reason there seems to have been a security breach and my account was compromised. Some hacker(s) were trying to access my account. I know this because I kept receiving emails regarding this. Then when they actually accessed my account they wanted to hijack my Nord Pass. I took screenshots of all the security emails i got from these attempts and even provided these to customer support; can you guess what their advice was ? Naturally I changed my password but it kept getting my account blocked because of too many wrong passwords from the hacker(s) Thanks to the uselessness of customer support my only other option was to delete my account and set up a new one with a new email. But my subscription was via a promo code provided by my Revolut subscription which for some ungodly reason cannot be removed from my now deleted account and activated on with a new code on my new account. Support honestly could not be any more unhelpful if they tried .

I like nordVPN. It runs smooth and keeps my activity private. No emails from Hollywood about file sharing. I have had it gor a few years and each year i research and no one has as goof s product.
Problems with downloading NordVPN app for win11 from your website (while logged in). Download seemed to go well, but installer would not start. Chat with Francisco Garcia at support quickly gave me a separate link to a different installer that solved the problem .. You should perhaps make this installer awailable on the website?. Superb and immidiate respons from support anyway! Thanks!

Fast response and gave me info on how to fix problem
its a good vpn for a lot of things but specifically for playing Minecraft servers it doesn't work very well, you can't connect to them, It wasn't possible and Jose Martinez was very kind to help me with the refund process.
My son used my phone and accidentally purchased a $99.99 subscription. The customer service team was very helpful, especially Jose Martinez, who assured me that I would receive my refund within 5 to 10 days.
