Not good at first since I couldn't make it work.. stuck seven hours trying to fix it AND it was a ME problem! I had another VPN at the same time. Mever resolved i said i had no.idrs on.how to.use a vpn? Requests whetent followed? Then it auto renewed by amazon when i.didnt want to renew. It was to late by time i noticed to get my money back? I now have 10 months left on.something i have no idea how to work? I cannot access sites due to.nordvpn blocking them.

The problem handled for me centered on the DuckDuckGo browser . . . which was the only one of my browsers that did NOT work with NordVPN. Various techs at customer service worked with me for a week to solve this until they pinned it down to the need for manual DNS adjustments. While this then makes tracking the IPSs difficult (the ones into which you log), it allowed the browsers (including DuckDuckGo) access to the web. Appreciate the support team sticking with me.

I use Nord VPN to protect my privacy, and help reduce risk while I am on line. Never had issues with this product. Keep up the good work.
Nord responded to issues i raised with restricted country access. Timely responses and refunded my money fast. Offered further methods for future retry on that country. Nord is a secure VPN i will try again with updated procedure next time i travel to the restricted country.
Very responsive and solved my problem quickly
Had problem changing my email adress took longer than needed. This was more down to me not understanding than Nord help. Sorted in the end with th patience of Nord staff.
