I had issue in windows where certain urls could not be accessed when Nordvpn was active. A solution offered by Nord was to use split tunneling. However the nordvpn app in windows only allowed apps to be added to split tunneling. After going through a couple of help agents with Nord Vpn, Sergio Lopez finally explained the issue and the solution for me. I thought that the desktop app was the same as the browser extension, because, that is what is downloaded. They are not the same and do not behave the same.

Affordable and Reliable VPN service.

Way too many emails. I’ve had nord for awhile. never have I had this many emails from nord. I will not be renewing after this year. To nord I shouldnt have to unsubscribe when I didn’t sign up.

I don't recommend this provider. I took out a subscription for 1 year and after 3 months the services stopped completely. I tried to contact customer service, but got no help. I send them pdf. They tell me they can't open them for security reasons, but they send me links that I can't open for security reasons. :') Before I had Express VPN, so in comparison I find that NordVPN is very very slow and the customer service is also very slow (more than 24 hours for each response) and even 48 hours later they only asked me if I could connect to the NordVPN web page. The problem still hasn't been solved and they haven't given me any help in 48 hours. I don't recommend NordVPN at all.

Their customer service was excellent, and in all their replies, the bottom line on all there emails they said was this: I quote, ("We are available 24/7 and we will be here for you!") And they were; NordVPN is running in the background. It was working fine on my iPhone & and iPad, but for some reason, it had stopped connecting on my Mackbook Air, I could not log on or connect to the service, I tried everything I could, even uninstall and reinstall, but i still had no connection to the service. I contacted their customer service with the problem, and I received a reply within 12 hours with suggestions and a request to send more details. This I did, and I received another reply again in 12 hours, and after a bit of tweaking, all is working again, with no problems. It was Excellent customer service you can only dream of receiving, Would I recommend NordVPN? Yes, definitely, if just for the peace of mind of the customer service if things go wrong. But NordVPN is a good VPN any way, also great valie for the money.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I convinced my friend to join and i use referral link, they refuse to apply 3 months extra for him because he did something wrong at the beginning as he is not great with technology. Shocking

Podczas korzystania z Nord VPN zaskoczyło mnie wiele rzeczy, między innymi to, że Nord spowalniał pracę mojego komputera. Szybko tracił połączenia, a to co najbardziej mnie zdziwiło, to fakt iż nie działa na platformach streamimgowych. Wygląda to tak, jakby zabezpieczenia wewnętrzne takich platform jak np. Netflix, zaklucały pracę Nordu i powodowały zerwanie połączenia poprzez zawieszenie strony. Do chroma potrzebne jest dostępne rozszerzenie, które działa w miarę sprawnie. Natomiast sam Nord bardzo szybko kończy połączenie. Fakt, iż jest to aplikacja płatna, jest zupełnie zrozumiały. Jednakże wg. mnie cena jest zbyt wysoka, za tak słaby produkt.

worst experience ever! it was working all fine, until i was automatically logged out of the account. i tried to login again but nothing happened. i tried to reset the password, but no email was sent. i contacted the support, they tried to change my accounts emailadress, but wasnt interested in any refund, but also changing the accounts mailadress was not working. the system behind them is totally unsecure and not working either! so from now on, i am logged out everywhere, paid for a full year and doesnt get any refund. bravo! update: as they wrote in the answer here, they are not waiting for any answer. i have answered already all security questions but they are not doing anything! be aware of nordvpn - your money is gone

I would recommend NordVPN. It’s reliable and the app is easy to use. The only thing I sometimes experience is that the speed isn’t stable or fast.
