well! first off an AI sent me a list of questions - that did annoy me. after answering them. a real human Javier Ramos walked me thought his ideas which at first did not work- surely my fault....so I uninstalled nord and Norton (i started using norton VPN as back up) ,adequate but horrible software. started from scratch with Javiers suggestions works great now - like it has for 3 years. I may be wrong but all this started with windows 11 last software update. Sweeney Thank You

I am still waiting!!!! As requested I updated my review with ticket details.... I am still waiting!! No Better Than OK! Difficult to use correctly, no clear instructions. Customer service very poor indeed. Depending on timing there is a huge price difference to renew. The program itself does its job though many websites will only work when you actually disable Nord. I have been using Nord Vpn for a number of years and feel safer online when using it. I recently had a query concerning my subscription and was emailed the following day with a solution to the issue that was beneficial. Customer service was very prompt with my inquiry.

Its very good. The only issue i tend to get there are Cloud Fronts, WAFs or certain firewalls don't like either encrypted traffic or IPs that don't seem consistent with my previous request. Do get quite a few sites that need me to do image captcha verifications or thinks i am a bot. So soon as turn off VPN, i am good, once i am in, in turn it back on. Otherwise overall its pretty good vpn.

I’ve used Nord for the last few years ..generally a 2 year plan. I don’t auto renew Once payment goes through I log in on my tv and it connects easily.

Easy to use.Can connect to many countries.Price is reasonable.Seems effective.

They prey upon people, activating auto renewal without making it obvious. I only needed their services while traveling. I accidentally canceled one day after the auto renewal and they refused to refund it. The customer service agent I spoke to was unprofessional and rude. For such a well-known company, I was shocked. They acted stingy and greedy and I do not trust my personal information with a company that behaves that way.
