Loved the product but I had chosen the wrong size. Would have liked the option to have an exchange, but this was not mentioned. Therefore I had to do a return and reorder, costing me £10. Otherwise very pleased.

The ladies who work at Neptune Farnham are all so warm and helpful, they always make us feel so welcome and make time for a chat . I visited to purchase a replacement Bowsley plate and bought some candles too . I am awaiting an online order too , that was so easy .
A wooden towel rail failed in our Neptune kitchen which was fitted in 2017. Jon at Neptune Tonbridge organized for a new part and a fitter came and replaced the towel rail. Excellent customer service and very professionally executed.
I visited the Hailsham store wanting to buy some faux foliage for a vase. The staff asked if they could help and showed me different foliage ideas. This was so helpful seeing the different options, and I left very happy having bought what they suggested. I visit this store often and always find the staff so helpful, greeting you with a cuppa and letting you browse for as long as you want with no pressure!
Debbie was fantastic from start to finish. She offered lots of design options and really listened to our feedback to create the perfect look. The design is fantastic and all the items are of high quality. Neptune were available when we had any questions and the communication was great with really fast response time. I would highly recommend.
Very unhappy that Neptune are to close their Home Design Department. Over the past 2 years I have used this fantastic service extensively and still have an ongoing order and planned to use this service for future projects. To pull the rug on this service in its entirety is unbelievable.

I visited your shop at Chiswick yesterday and what an absolutely stunning shop. So many lovely items all beautifully presented creating a very homely environment for viewing. It was great just wandering through the various rooms, the outside area being an added bonus. So many lovely things on show, and I did buy several items of which I am very pleased. I no doubt will be back for more, possibly accomoanied by my daughters' who have their own homes to decorate. My visit coincided with a cookery demonstration by Becky Wilkinson, such a lovely person and a very enjoyable session. The tasting after wasn't too bad either 😋. The staff were fantastic, very attentive,friendly, kind and helpful especially Charlotte Hunter I believe the manageress. Thank you for a lovely visit I could have stayed all day
I am really pleased with the step-stool I bought from Neptune York. There was no rush to make a decision and it was a relaxing experience. I bought this piece of furniture to use as a set of steps but because it is so sturdy, I find that it is most versatile and can be used as a coffee table, plant stand or a very useful seat when tying shoelaces!!!!
