After an initial hiccup ordering on line when the indicated delivery did not match the actual delivery date, Neptune staff were very helpful. The items arrived after a few weeks delay and they are as expected - lovely quality, well made stylish furniture items. Delivery staff were also very helpful and professional.
Great products good service. BUT why do I have to drive 25 miles to receive my refund in person when you take a £7000.00 order by telephone. You really should rethink this.

The delivery guys were excellent. They arrived on time with a smile, unpacked our item, located it in place and took away all packaging materials. First class.
Had a lovely time mooching around the shop, was left alone to browse all areas. Ended up buying paint samples and a rug and then online ordering another rug and mirror in the sale. all in all a great experience and also a helpful and patient member of staff.
If you are slightly obsessed with interiors, this is a great store to visit. Always lots of creative ideas and something new to see. The staff are really helpful and fabric swatches very generous so you can see how they would look on chairs and sofas.

We have had our lounge re-designed by Rosie Lester at Neptune in Tonbridge. From the minute we were introduced to Rosie, we knew that she would do a great job! She spent time getting to know us, our likes and dislikes and has gone 'above and beyond' to enable us to have a design that works brilliantly. There is not a day, we do not thank Rosie for doing such a wonderful job. She has managed to combine colour, texture and materials to provide us with a fantastic space. We absolutely love it. To say Rosie did a great job, is an understatement.

It was really lovely to meet Fiona for the Mood-board Workshop. Looking at material samples, paint samples, and hardware gave me the opportunity to pull together ideas for my future bedroom, and with Fiona's help presenting them in a beautiful way.
