But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. I got the gorgeous Stratford dining table from Neptune last year and it is everything I hoped it would be. As far as the product goes I cannot fault it at all. The delivery itself on the day of the delivery was very smooth and I cannot fault it, they helped me assemble it and placed it exactly where I wanted it. The only issue I had which was a very minor one was that since this is an item I had to order a few weeks in advance and I have a HK number no one contacted me for arranging delivery until I emailed them. Once I did they were very prompt and very helpful. And when I arrived in the UK I got a UK number too and they promptly added that to my records.

We had prior notice of delivery time which was very helpful. Our delivery was on time. The two guys were friendly and efficient assembling our new bed and taking away the packaging. We are of course delighted with our purchase.

Lee and Rob delivered my mirror and carried it in and placed where I wanted it. Strong brand Neptune. The quality is class. Now looking for a console table.

As a loyal customer who has spent many thousands of pounds at Neptune my wife was asked to pay the full amount up front of almost £2k as this is company policy. I find this extremely disappointing and feel that Neptune should review its policy. Most other companies accept a deposit for goods to be delivered of up to 50% which seems acceptable.

Jason and Chris from the Delivery Team are the perfect pair to deliver your Neptune products. People underestimate a delivery team but they are the core people to delivering expensive furniture. Honestly could not of met two nicer guys who had a tough task getting my sofa. Warm, friendly, approachable and just lovely gentlemen. I will request them every time I get a delivery from Neptune as a regular customer :) Thank you Jason and Chris! And thank you to Gianni as per usual from Wimbledon who makes my life easier when purchasing from Neptune!

Lovely furniture, just a shame the customer service is lacking. The team in store were great although delays in delivery were poorly communicated and there seem to be multiple systems across the business that don’t talk to each other meaning lots of inconsistent messaging throughout our customer journey.

After a problem with the spindles of two Wardley chairs, purchased 6 years ago and a subsequent misunderstanding with regards to an offer of maintenance, I was left a little frustrated with Neptune. However, a call to the support team and first-class coordination by Peter, resulted in a very generous offer to replace the full set of 6 chairs. This was very much appreciated and the chairs arrived soon afterwards. I’ve purchased Neptune furniture to date, to last a lifetime and it is very encouraging to see the company step up when quality falls below expectations. Thank you Peter and team.

Jodie from Customer Service was wonderful in dealing with a replacement foot stool cover that had been discontinued. She went to great lengths to track one down and coordinate with Neptune Outlet so that I could purchase it. She kept me updated and really went above and beyond. Really fantastic customer service! We received a package containing two damaged platters on the evening of 11.02.2025 and reported this immediately through Neptunes online system. We received an acknowledgement of the issue first thing the following morning and within 15 minutes Neptune confirmed replacement items were on their way. Huge thanks to Neptune for such a rapid, professional and friendly response.

The staff are so helpful guiding me when I’m Not sure what I exactly need . I bring photos and then steer me in the right direction👍🏼 Love Neptune products and always find a reason to treat myself
