Service was ok, but there was a two month delay waiting for delivery.
Amy helped me out to solve an issue I had with a product, she went over and beyond to make sure everything was correct and that I was happy. Excellent service and also excellent products.

We needed a new lead for a 'cable free' table lamp we purchased several years' ago that has now been updated and the power leads don't match, but we loved our original one and wanted working! The Winchester Neptune team didn't pressurise us into purchasing the new model, but found us a replacement lead so we can now use our favourite lamp, and all within days. Maybe contrary to expectations their excellent service did not lose them a sale, but has resulted in a new one too, (and not just lamps)!

Five stars to the customer service team who went above and beyond to help us out. We have a house full of Neptune and bought a dinner service just as it became discontinued (that was bad luck!). On a visit to their cafe they had large coffee mugs in our design… a quick email to the customer team and two of them are sent in the post to finish the set… big thanks from us.
Amazing service from Neptune There was a long lead time in my mirror as it had to be hand-painted….but it arrived on the due date and packaged amazingly to prevent breakages…. First time customer…..but Highly recommend Neptune!

Free delivery, with goods received quickly. Well packaged and delighted with the quality of the side tables. I have since ordered the coffee table too!
Chesham staff were excellent but when it came to delivery 4 months later (paid in full up front required!) I had to chase the order. Delivery guy didn’t phone with advance notice as promised but pleased with the chair.

One of the nicest Neptune stores with such friendly and helpful staff I only go to Chesham store as it’s my favourite and I love browsing for hours and the staff are so helpful I feel so welcome and at home. Emily the manager of the store is really lovely and welcoming it’s a beautiful store I take all my family and friends their for their Neptune experience and they absolutely love it x
The shop is amazing, the staff were very welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Staff member Katie was very helpful and made the experience all the better with a smile and great customer service. The layout was very homely with the way everything was set and it made it feel like you were at home. If you haven’t been, I would highly recommend a visit
I have a lovely Neptune table and during a renovation I’d managed to lose the bolts to attach the table top to the legs. Spoke to customer service (Amy) and they couldn’t have been nicer about it - really friendly and sorted me some new bolts within a few days. Amazing customer service thanks loads!

We recently purchased a kitchen from Neptune Tonbridge designed by William (Bill) Benson. We are thrilled with our new kitchen - Bills design flair, advice and attention to detail were more than we could have hoped for. On our numerous visits to the Tonbridge store everyone was super friendly and helpful. The installation was seamless - everything exactly to timetable efficient and fast.
