Absolute Scam. Sold the car as quite desperate for money. They massively undervalue the car so that they can make more in commission and via auction houses. Agreed a date and took a day off from work but the transport did not arrive. I have been told that I cannot use the car until they collect it. So having to pay extra for taxi firm for school runs etc.... very troublesome. Also, they take the logbook and do not allow us to retain the section 9. Staff very unhelpful
The service money4yourmotors was really quick and easy! Around £300 less than I wanted for my car but that’s what you expect for such a speedy sell! For this I’d give 5 stars! However… The reason for my 3 stars was the car dealer who came to value and test drive my car. Within the 30 minutes of interaction he made multiple sexiest comments about the ‘useless young girls’ on the phones back in the main office. He wouldn’t speak to me directly about my car (I’m a 25 year old girl for context) and would only direct all conversations to my male partner. He really did meet all the stereotypical car salesman types. Unfortunately because he was so patronising towards me I have to give 3 stars which is a shame.
They did everything they said they would do, and on time too, BUT, and a big BUT, although the lovely gentleman who inspected and valued my car said it was one of the best examples that he had seen and couldn't fault my car, the amount they paid me was almost £1000 less than how it had it been valued initially. They lure you with a big offer, then wear you down, I expect all car buying companies may do the same, not a nice tactic in this day and age. Very disappointing, I just didn't have the time to start all over again. Be warned, my car was probably better than I said it was, if your car isn't as good you will definitely be wasting your time.

Very easy to deal with gave a price then came out to check car over, then gave their valuation after deducting for any damage, which my wheels had some damage, and we agreed on a price and they paid immediately, a very good company & I would definitely use again.

Online quote provided but with limited details about the vehicle - photos or serv history. Decent comms about the valuation time. BUT they don’t tell you it takes over 90 mins to go through the valuation process. Valuation was £1k - 25% below motorway and we buy

Terrible company, original offer was over £11,500 they came out to inspect the car, 9 year old car so the car was never going to be immaculate, couple of damaged panels other than that it’s in good condition. Offer came through after all the photos of £8000 which was followed by a bunch of excuse as to the reason why. Terrible company, waste of time, do not use.

Waste of time they send you a quote and then refuse to come out given a poor excuse that their other company we want any car was rejected in the past. Prejudice company.
