I had a man named Zubar, fantastic guy, helped with the whole process. The whole experience from start to end was great. We buy any car offered me more for my car, the next day he rang and said he could offer me more, so we finally went with them. They collected my within 48hours and payment was immediate on collection. Highly rate this company. Again dealing with Zubar was top notch 5****

Offered me X price initially for my C Class, walked the price down quite substantially due to missing a service document. Not great but fine. Told it’ll be picked up on a Saturday… no calls or contact. Rang up and was told oh we’ve cancelled all jobs today but we’ll come tomorrow. They did not turn up again and again no contact. Tuesday they then said, guess what happened… Anyway, didn’t bother in the end. Can’t keep waiting around for people. Poor customer service, was told contrasting information about collection times. Asked to speak to someone in the ‘transport’ department and the lad on the phone said we don’t do phone calls it’s all organised by teams meetings. Hung up rang again different peeps on asked same question and put straight through. Probably need to train staff better

From beginning to end great experience. John who came to check and pick up the car was amazing, went through everything and made it really clear. I would definitely recommend to others.

The company offered price and did not bother to call on appointment time. This is ridicuous. They have wasted my crucial time

Dreadful and shocking service from this company. Arranged for my Mercedes SLK to be collected. All good initially until I was advised by an arrogant young lady that my car had to have the personalised number removed before they could take it. I had done the transfer but left the number on the car as I had done with two other car sales with another company earlier this month having decided to go all electric. I offered to get two new plates made at my local garage and have them fitted and remove the personalised ones They could also have used their trade plates if they so wished. All three suggestions were refused. Point blank refusal - I was told the deal was off! Even the driver who had come to take the car away was astonished at this decision. In addition my offered price was reduced twice in the preceding days. In short I suggest you avoid this company at all costs!

Highly recommend this company. Great service. Tuesday late afternoon I used the website for an online valuation and signed up to book an appointment. Within minutes I got a call. I spoke with Jacob who said he had time to complete the online valuation straight away. A simple matter of taking your phone around your car and Jacob took the photos he needed. A few phonecalls for more information and a bit of negotiating later we agreed a price for my car. We made an appointment for the car to be collected on Thursday morning. Alfie arrived on time, took a test drive, talked me through the process, got the money paid in to my bank, then drove the car away. Very slick organisation and I'd definitely use them again to sell a car.

The experience was great selling the car on money4yourmotors.com. James White Was great and he had good customer service. This was start of the process so the next step will be when the person comes to collect the car.

Offered a reasonable amount and made the process simple, was expecting a lot more to be knocked off the original price given as that is what I experienced with other 'bigger' companies....would recommend money 4 your motor and would use them again.

Great service start to finish. Had an initial quote online and then Michael rang to get some more information about the car. It's all done via video chat and a walk around the vehicle collecting photos, then sent to another department to get a final price which is then discussed as to what has made that price (scratches bumps etc). The team then sort out collection upon agreed price and Luke from Elite Transport came and did another check on the vehicle and a 2 mile drive to make sure all is working. The process is easy and straightforward and would happily use again!

Got my initial price online and was called up to make an appointment for video of car. Lady rang back and started live feed. Asked me to turn the car on so that mileage could be seen. Then she said..."Oh is it electric? We dont do electric" - surely you would know this before you rang up??!! Useless company full of incompetence

Offered me a reasonably good quote for my vehicle. Very quick turnaround. Money into my account within 10 minutes and picked up my vehicle from my house so did not have to travel. Friendly staff. Overall a good experience.
