Closed loop system means all bottles and refill packaging is sent back for reuse! Products are eco and very good. I especially love the hand soap and the washing up liquid. Bought the laundry liquid this time and that is good too!

Order delayed repeatedly, they keep asking for reviews when the product hasn't been received which is very frustrating for a disappointed customer. I haven't had a good experience with this company,

Great products and eco ethics.

New fan of the Miniml blood orange cleaning spray and Miniml Clementine Hand Wash here! Both products are exceptional in doing the task they are designed for and they smell delicately divine! Most of all I love knowing that the products I am using are 100% natural! No chemical nasties - hurrah! And re the hand wash, no more dry hands!! I will definitely be adding to my Miniml collection in the very near future.

Products are great, clean very well and from a UK company. Processing and getting items out appears really slow so will be mindful when reordering.

They recently experienced a large volume of orders which resulted in orders not being shipped on time, however, after contacting the customer service, they were able to fast track my order.

Great products, delivery was a little bit slow but they kept me updated.

I absolutely LOVE the smell of miniml cleaning products and the fact they are refillable and the bottles can be returned, washed and then used again! More recently I branched out into their body wash and soap and was thrilled with these too - so I guess it’s haircare next ❤️ I have super sensitive skin but so far it’s working really well for us!

I ordered the small bottles of laundry liquid & softener to try the products out. They arrived quickly, so there were no problems at all. My only neutral comment is that if you get the small bottles, they don't come with dosage lids, which means i had to get my own. I've now used these products for the first time and am very impressed with the results! My clothes smell amazing and are lovely & soft.

Antibacterial French Lavender-eco friendly works well in my bathroom leaving a lovely scent. Reusable containers, very helpful. Bought other Miniml products but have not tried them out yet.

Great customer service with prompt replies and updates. I have purchased four different products now and they all work really well. They have a lovely fragrance and are gentle on sensitive skin.

Miniml get it right every time and the new Dragonfruit and Orchid is no exception. With twice the essential oils scent it smells divine and cleans beautifully!

Order was received within four days but could have been better if they did not use Yodel for deliveries.
