Great non-toxic, but effective products from a UK-based company with excellent customer service. I haven’t used the refill service as I have a refill stockist near me.

Great service and product

Still not received an order from you. I have had emails every day this week (apart from today) to say it will be delivered. Now today have heard nothing. Not very pleased.

Washing up liquid is really good light fragrance and squeaky clean plates! Shiny glasses. My hands don’t get irritated either. I like the rhubarb and lemon fragrance. You just need a little bit on your sponge and you will get a lot of bubbles very impressed.

Great! I love the products and the communication from the company. I will gladly purchase from them again.

This is my second time ordering from Miniml. I took the plunge to order 5 litres products with their Black Friday offers and it was delivered really fast and well packaged. The products smell nice. Some of them like the sweet clementine hand soap a bit too strong for my taste, but I really like all the others. The lemon vinegar spray is fantastic for limescale in the counter where I dry the dishes and the clothes detergent has worked well. I am due to return the empties to them on the free envelope, which I think is a fantastic idea. The only thing that I really don’t like as much is the shampoo. Maybe it’s because is sulphate free, but the hair doesn’t last clean. It does feels clean after washing though, but on the second day my scalp is very itchy. Overall, I am very happy I found this company and I recommended to my friends.

Really like the products. I use white vinegar for everything and so glad not to be poisoning the planet.
