Online ordering as there are no outlets that stock miniml in my area. Quick delivery and well packed. Great products that do the job they say. Also the products smell nice.

In short absolutely crap customer service. Didn't deliver for two weeks from order, couldn't get in touch via phone, responded to email only after the order had finally shipped and offered a refund if I refused delivery which I wasn't able to do because the email arrived after the delivery. Ridiculous company that should learn to treat it's long term subscription customers better. I have since cancelled all my subscriptions and will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Unfortunately this product wasn’t right for me. I emailed to ask whether it was suitable for an electric mop and told it was. But it definitely is not, and it lathers up too much. It also has a slightly strange smell like nappy sacks! Not for me.

I sent 3 emails after receiving my damaged purchases two days ago. I reported it immediately but I have not had any response. The packaging in the cardboard box (one piece of paper) was minimal for my order of 2x5 litre bottles and 3x1 litre bottles. One 5 litre container is cracked, leaked on my floor, cannot be stored upright and leaks when trying to dispense it. Another 5 litre container is very difficult to dispense into a smaller container for use because of it's viscosity. I am not impressed that I have not had any communication from the company except to be asked for feedback on Trustpilot!

I have deducted one star only because I ordered a few different products to try and one was missing when the box arrived. However, the order arrived super quick and customer service sent me the missing item straight away so I can’t fault them at all. I was very impressed with the speed in which they sorted the issue. The products themselves are absolutely fantastic. My house has never been so clean!

So many things that are good: (1) Starting with the product, it's great to be able to clean the house without destroying the environment; (2) Reasonably priced; (3) Products work; (4) Easy to use website; (5) delivery arrived quickly; (6) Packaging options, eg buying in bulk reduces my footprint; and (7) Packaging closed loop - I can return my bulk containers (I keep the smaller ones and refill)

Tge order had one item wrong when it arrived. Within 24 hours they'd sent the missing item. I was very impressed and have the original.item as a bonus. Products are nice and protecting the environment. 😄

Love the smell and there ethics , I do have to use more than stated to ensure smell remains after wash bug this is same with all eco laundry products, but not disappointed as it small lovely, hopefully they'll produce a scent booster or beads if possible highly recommend there products
