Products are lovely, delivery took ages, far too long for an out of stock product to be identified and removed from my order to release the other stuff. I will try once more when items have run out as I do like the products.

The parcel arrived really quickly, we’ll packed. I love the smell of the products. I also like the fact the refill pouches are refilled and that you can send back the empty pouches free of charge.

You did what you said you would do.

The products work really well and smell nice, not overwhelming. I like the circular economy of the reused packets, no new plastic bottles! The order had a slight delay and I was sent an email to explain as much. Have bought from Miniml for a good while. Very pleased.

Part of my order arrived damaged, two weeks after ordering the remainder didn’t arrive at all. I emailed customer services - no response after two days, so I called the help line yesterday no one to talk to, left my number as requested but no one rang back. Rang again today and tbf v pleasant guy in customer services. have cancelled the order and was told that the refund will be with me in 2-3 days. No email confirmation of this.

After an initial hiccup that resulted in a delay processing the order and a slight wait that I wasn't expecting, the customer service team were very quick to respond and very attentive and I then received the goods quickly.

Order didn’t come after 4 weeks… I requested a refund as they couldn’t tell me when I was going to be expecting my order. Waste of time….If you havnt got the item in stock remove it from your website!

Great products I love the scents . Fast postage after buying . The toilet cleaner is my favourite so far I love the smell and it cleans well. The floor cleaner is very soapy and you only need a small amount.

Usually with Miniml, you order then receive your items pretty pronto. This time they had a small issue that delayed delivery, but what I liked was they were quick to inform me and honest about the problem.

Miniml products are really good quality and I love the circular packaging arrangement, couldn't be easier to use.
