As much as I love the product I am disappointed in the delivery time. I placed my order on the 7th November and, as of today the 18th November, I am still waiting for it to arrive 🙁

I have products missing which I have been charged for emailed and not received response

Somehow an incorrect adress for the delivery got entered into my p[payment (an old works address). Miniml were great, communicated well, and managed to get the items brought back from the courier and sent out again with only one day delay on the delivery. Very impressed. And, the products are really good, Shower Gel, Shampoo and condition all lovely.

Great products but really poor communication. Ordered on 27th October and Only half my parcel arrived and only one response to my emails sent querying where the other half is. It has been 2 or 3 weeks now. Shame because I do want to buy more products but I don't know if this has put me off. Let's see if they respond to my email and how quick my parcel comes as to whether I buy more.

Love your products as we move over to eco friendly cleaning. The 5 litre containers are great to have refills at hand. Makes cleaning cheaper and better for environment. No more single use plastics.

Waited 2 weeks for my order to be delivered, emailed twice with no reply, rang customer service to chase this and they said it would be picked sometime later in the week as staff were ill. Very frustrating and especially when supporting small business. Communication goes along way!

Great products, easy to order, quick delivery

Impressed with the quality of the items. Been looking at ways of reducing my plastic waste for cleaning items and toiletries so happy with the ethics of the company. Hope more products will become available in time.

5 weeks to arrive - mess up with order very disappointed

Products that I ordered failed to get to me, which of course is the fault of the courier not the seller but I have made several attempts to contact the company to figure out when my products will arrive and why they didn’t get to me in the first place and I have received no reply as of yet. So Miniml have their money and I have no products with no effort on their part to sort it out. Very disappointed.

This company produces great, safe, ethical products. Plastic use is minimised and delivery service is excellent.

Love Miniml products so ordered refills of lots of them for our household. Especially love their washing up liquid, rinse aid, shampoo, and bubble bath. Delivered in just cardboard and can get it in large 5 litre containers which you can send back to them to reuse. Highly recommend!

4/6 items ordered were delivered - 1 item missing, one delayed. The missing item was sent to me and arrived, the delayed item was apparently sent but never arrived. I have emailed, left 2 messages asking for a call back and tried Facebook. No response, no facility to report missing items. When calling, Option 2 is for Miniml Customer Service - Minimal Customer Service would be about right. Shame, I like the product but am unlikely to order from them again.
