Brilliant service fast delivery

I originally gave this a five stars, but using the lavender shampoo for over a month my hair became the dryest it had ever been plus my scalp because dry and itchy flakey. Wouldn't use again unfortunately
The caps on the detergent are poor quality two broke on transport leaving the products to empty and go everywhere all over my other products. Little empathy from company, hard to get replacement which a month later still hasn’t arrived.

Ordered refills, some unavoidable delays in delivery. I was kept informed by Miniml. Handwash does the job and smells nice.
The returns scheme is a scam. I saved and returned 4 vinegar tubs (5l) and Royal Mail ended up returning the box to me as Miniml didn’t accept it?!
