Incredibly slow to arrive. It took 2 weeks from ordering to arriving. It took 8 days from ordering to actually being dispatched. All I ordered was a shampoo and conditioner. Even for a small business that is just too long. Won't order directly from them again. Will just go to one of their wholesalers.

Received an email on the 22nd July to say shipment on the way to me. Tracking link accessed a week later to see where the order was which said it had arrived at the delivery depot on 24th July and was due to be delivered on the 23rd July (odd that it stated the day before) Email said it was sent UK tracked next day via DHL (notoriously incompetent)….here we are on the 11th August, tracking link states the same and 3 emails later to Miniml I haven’t received one response. Why these companies think we just love to waste our time and money on products we don’t receive and messages we don’t get responses to I’ll never understand. I won’t be ordering directly from the company again as I have a life to be getting on with rather than spending time chasing my washing up liquid. Very poor customer service!
