Lovely products !

Despite several emails to Customer Service, I have had no response to my request for an explanation as to why it appears my order has been returned to supplier and when I may expect either a refund or delivery 😔

Loved the lime basil and mandarin. Please make a shower gel product too!

Never received my order, and I had no correspondence from the company. I love their products, but won't order again until I'm sure they have fixed their systems.

The products smell amazing the 5l tubs are a great idea and so easy to store, and have on tap. The 2 for 3L offer was great but sadly unless you put 3 in the basket they didn’t honour the 3rd one even after conversations so that was very disappointing. I won’t make that mistake again.

Still haven’t received my order from the end of October. This is now the middle of November. I’ve tried contacting customer services but nobody replies. According to the tracking it hasn’t left the UK to come to NI. I love the products but the customer service if something goes wrong is awful! I have given this 2 stars because I do genuinely love the fabric softeners but the customer service is the downfall

Products arrived safely and intact within a reasonable timeframe. In any rate the products are well worth waiting for!

A very quick delivery, I like the fact the shampoo ,can also be used on the body. And it dosent tangle my shoulder length hair.

I love minimal, hovewer I was disapointed this time. My order was delivered with a broken item and even tho I mailed 2 times about it the still didn't respond. I love their products but this was upsetting.

Wrong order and 3 days later (so far) no response about it.

I've placed 4 or 5 orders with this company, who's products I use for my cleaning business...the products are amazing but the customer service is absolutely shocking. A large order placed 14 days ago has only had one of the items delivered, despite me contacting them multiple times, phone and email, to find out what's going on I never get a response and if I do it's an automated reply regarding the one item that has been delivered...if you want your items to arrive order them from Amazon rather than direct...it's a total shambles

Miniml have a great ethos and the products are gentle, kind to environment and MOST are safe for pets too. The products I have tried are:- White Vinegar (Sorrento Lemon) Multi-Surface Cleaner (Blood Orange) Washing up Liquid (Apple) Floor Cleaner (Almond) All of the products have been really effective and smell lovely and they last a long time. I ordered some refills yesterday they arrived today with Royal Mail and I didn't pay extra for next day delivery so very happy with the service. I do have some very minor irritations with Miniml, some of which I have mentioned previously. Not all of the products are pet friendly (Lavender is toxic to cats, rhubarb to cats and dogs) you need to be careful what scent you order. I have pets so can't order certain things from Miniml. There isn't a 1L refill available of the apple orchard washing up liquid. There is however one for the rhubarb scent. As rhubarb is extremely toxic to cats I can't purchase this. A 5L container is available in apple but costs over £15 which is expensive. (ECover 0% is about £10 for the same amount). I had to buy another small bottle of the washing up liquid as I didn't want to spend this. Please bring it out in 1L refill pouches. Having said that, I am very happy with the products and will be purchasing again.
