Products are great, but seems Miniml is struggling with logistics - this delivery was a few weeks late too. Really would love to get the rating higher but not 100% reliable at present

Delivery problems with courier resolved quickly after contacting Miniml.

I really wanted to support Miniml because the concept sounds fantastic, but unfortunately, the execution has been incredibly disappointing. Like so many others who’ve left one-star reviews, I received my package over two weeks after ordering, and when it finally arrived, one item was smashed, with shards of glass everywhere. Thankfully, I noticed before one of my children could have hurt themselves. It’s clear there’s an ongoing issue with FedEx, as they tried to cover up the damage by removing the broken product (poorly) and repackaging the order—also poorly. To make matters worse, several items from my order are still missing. I contacted customer service to request a full refund, as this situation is completely unacceptable. While their response was apologetic, they refused to issue a full refund because some products were still intact, even though I no longer need them due to the excessive delays. Their resolution—a 10% discount on my next purchase—was both inadequate and insulting. The customer service feels robotic and unhelpful, with responses to complaints on trustpilot and instagram all sounding generic and dismissive. Miniml’s mission may be admirable, but it means little if the products don’t arrive intact or on time. For anyone considering this brand, I honestly cannot recommend it in its current state. If you want to compete with larger, established brands, you need to do much better. A closed-loop system is meaningless if your products can’t even arrive in one piece. P.S. If you’re interested in the lemon or blood orange spray, Aldi actually sells it cheaper than on the Miniml website!

It has no smell I got these as Christmas preseants and I’m really disappointed I will not be purchasing any of the range again

I really like Minml products for personal and my household. I am vegan finding ethical plant based products is important for me. I have been using Miniml since 2021 I highly recommend their products. I have just started to order directly through Miniml. My first order was misplaced thankfully Miniml rectified my order and sent it out again arrived quickly. Thank you Miniml looking forward to my next order.

I have placed an order and needed to change the delivery address. There are no options to change the address after placing an order on the website. I have email about the issue minutes after placing an order, then called the office to also inform about the mistake and request the change. After 4 tries, no one picked up the phone, I have left a voice mail. Then tried to call again and finally got though to someone. Person has informed me about parcel being already picked up and they cant change the address as apparently its not on carriers system yet, I was asked to call Miniml again the next day. Next day I did call, lady on the phone agreed to contact FedEx and update the address. That same day I've received a confirmation that she managed to update the address and I should receive my parcel. Few days later I received an email that my parcel was delivered and signed as accepted- the only issue was that it was not signed by me or delivered to my household. I have emailed them back about the issue. I was told that Miniml will try to retrieve the parcel from the wrong address and redeliver or if they cant retrieve it - I should go pick it up myself. Very disappointing that I was confirmed that the address has been updated and still here we are, did not receive any parcel, any more confirmation on the status or a refund. I still want to try the shampoo, and change my mind about the company, please contact me about the refund so I can re-order. Also please consider updating your website/carrier to be updated by customers rather than supplier post ordering. Thank you

Lovely products and great communication when there was a small mix up. Definitely recommend trying these products. Really like using the French lavender multipurpose cleaner.

Amazing products. Will never switch back to store brands. Leaves surfaces shiny. Bonus- delivery was quick, and you can send back packing to be reused.

I’m keen to buy in bulk to minimise the use of plastic. Miniml are my go-to for cleaning products.

Great products as ever (snd of course love closed loop) and now that delivery issues have been solved (there used to be constant delays last year) I can oder from Miniml without worries. With the new delivery partner they now also offer free delivery at £40 spent instead of the previous £60 which is much more manageable for smaller households.

Easy to order and love the scents of the pink dragon fruit and orchid laundry products. I’ve been loooking for a sustainable alternative without sacrificing on effectiveness or scent and I’m happy I’ve found one. Looking forward to trying some of the other products now and moving away from chemical cleaning products as well.

Orange cleaner smells great and works a treat. Really enjoying the linen fabric softener. Gentle scent so good for those who don’t like strong scents.
