Love everything about these products. The fragrance is beautiful, especially the pink dragonfruit washing liquid. Yet to try the floor cleaner but the toilet cleaner is so fresh smelling.

Products are great and will purchase again however the service was not adequate enough. The first delivery was missing 3 items which was due to low stock however this was not communicated, then the second delivery came in 2 separate parcels but still missing 1 item. This item was free so have not called to get this one resolved. If the service was improved it would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the service has lowered my expectations

Great quality product but very poor packaging and delivery

Received first package extremely damaged with product leaking everywhere and had a really rude delivery man. Received an apology from the company and a second package was sent out as a replacement which was a fast and pleasant experience,so great customer service. Once the replacement package was received thankfully all items were intact however replacement items had been sent due to things being out of stock I’m guessing,i wasn’t made aware of this which was a little disappointing especially after the problem with my initial order(which was clearly a currier issue) Thankfully the products are really really nice and I will purchase again. But on the whole not a great first experience.

I’ve ordered a few times from miniml and find the products really good , and love the idea of being able to return the empty packaging ; this time I’ve gone for the larger refills as pouches were out of stock. I love the washing up liquid as it cleans really well without a strong ,overpowering scent that some big brands have.

Great delivery and faster than expected when a product came back into stock sooner than planned

Despite there being a problem on delivery through no fault of the company, I had a prompt reply to my message regarding this, an apology and a replacement was immediately sent. Could not have asked for more.

Nice products. Good prices. No plastic waste as empties can be returned free of charge to be used again.

good cleaning vinegars, found the unscented one quite strong so will be moving on to fragranced versions instead

One of my purcgases was out of stock and they contacted me initially after about 10 days to say there was a delay as they had been extremely busy and were struggling to dispatch. Didn’t hear anything else so I contacted them after a couple of weeks. Got an out of office advising it was taking them longer to respond as they were very busy. They came back after a few days and advised one of my products was out of stock until early January and gave me a choice of despatching the rest of my order separately and either waiting for the other product or cancelling and getting a refund. I was then advised it may be February before it was in stock. Received my other items and then a few days later got an email advising the out of stock item had been despatched. Very poor communication and didn’t really seem to know what was happening
