Their 5-litre washing-up liquid is the opposite of eco-friendly. It works, but comes out of the container in such huge globs that cannot be transferred without losing most of it down the sink to smaller, more manageable bottles.Who wants a 5-litre bottle next to their sink? And if you do use it straight from the bottle it comes in, you are guaranteed to use too much, becausethe amount that you pour out cannot be controlled.

I still haven't received my order. Fedex has delayed my delivery three times already. I hope they will deliver when they say next time.

I’m afraid despite previously having products from Miniml, which I loved and recommended to others, my order place in November still has not arrived (it is now January). My postage has been refunded but sadly I still have no products.

Update: Having read my disgruntled review below Harriet from Miniml customer services was quick to get in touch. She investigated and found the delivery company had infact lost my parcel. She offered a refund or another order. The new items ordered have arrived a few days later. Thank for for turning my experience around. I have updated my star rating accordingly. Products themselves are great. When they get here. Money taken on the 20th and still no sign of delivery on the 3rd of the following month. I get it’s December but there’s no notification of slower delivery times . What good is a ‘label created’ status if you’re not going to hand the products over to the courier in a timely fashion? Will consider cancelling my sub if this happens again on the next rollover

Miniml are an excellent circular, plastic free company producing toxic free products. I'm a regular buyer of shampoo, washing up liquid, surface spray, vinegar & laundry conditioner. All do as they should and smell lovely.

First purchased on Amazon and then discovered web site and placed another order. Not used all the purchases yet. Hand wash is lovely with delicate fragrance, think I would prefer a bit more fragrance. Washing up liquid is fine, although I was too generous with the amount I used. Looking forward to using the other items purchased

Delivery was very much slower than promised, and the product was sent from the USA, despite being made in Yorkshire. I purchased the soap refill because I care about the environment and am disappointed to learn that it has been shipped across The Atlantic twice.

The products are of good quality. Also okay for sensitive skin. We enjoy the refilling/ return processes as this saves on plastic waste. Using a scheduled delivery also works well for us. Also the ability to tweak the schedule means it’s easy to adapt to changes at home such as holidays. The environment and our family like this Miniml business.

Ordered loads of products in the black Friday sale. When the box came it was completely saturated. It was impossible to lift the box and had to be emptied at my front door. A bottle of fabric softener had a big hole in the lid which completely covered every other item in the box. I had to wash and dry every item as well as my floor. I did complain and send pics as proof. I was offered a refund or replacement for that bottle. I felt I should've had both for the inconvenience but told I could have one or the other. Not really the service I would expect for a problem with their service.
