The delivery let the experience down I am very reluctant to order from you again

I've still not received my order and can't get any update on when it might arrive (if it ever does). Update: I did hear from Miniml who said they had looked into my delivery. Got the same message, not an issue as within lead times etc etc. - despite the fact I had been given a delivery date and been let down. Once delivery lead time elapsed I got in touch again. This time there was no denying the non-delivery of my order. The delivery company are now to blame for damaging it in transit apparently. If Miniml had listened to me the first time, and dealt with it when I raised it, I might have received my order (it would have been delayed but still within reasonable timescales instead of not delivered at all). Not impressed.

Ordered the 1ltr Laundry product as a trial in December wanted to make the switch to Eco Friendly & use more Natural products get rid of the Toxic chemicals! Really pleased so I purchased the 5ltr refills which is great for a family of 4, also purchased the household bundle to try so far so good. Hoping to make a switch to all there products in 2025 😊! The first order I placed came next day delivery which was fantastic the only disappointment was the second order took just over a week I’m hoping this was because of the New year otherwise very happy customer thanks Miniml 😊!

Received 2 huge bottles of laundry shampoo and conditioner. Not used yet… will do another review when I’ve used it for a few washes.

Great products I am converted! However, please review how you send out 5L refils I have now received 2 that have been slightly damaged and one leaking.

Bought Miniml as my cleaner recommended it. Very happy with it. The apple washing up liquid smells divine........ I like that it is kinder than harsh chemicals. Luv it.

So far so good. I have shoulder length slightly frizzy hair but straight. We’ve purchased the shampoo and conditioner. We brought the 1L bottles for trial. If we like them for the duration of our 1L bottles we will invest in the 5L. The shampoo is very liquidy and requires quite a bit to get it really bubbly. I would recommend 2 shampoo washes before a condition with this shampoo for sure. The conditioner is again quite liquidy but covers very well. It doesn’t leave any residue like other well known brands which is nice. The smell isn’t overly long lasting but initially very nice. I couldn’t go 3 days with no hair wash on these products where I could with other brands. FedEx seems like a bit of an odd company to use for products like these. I would’ve thought Evri or Royal Mail would’ve been better however the courier was extremely helpful when I wasn’t in on the date of this delivery and they left it in a safe place I was very happy with.

Goods not received. No reply from them to my emails. Still awaiting money back or the goods. (Updated 14/01/25) Hello Miniml, Emails were sent to the stated email address. I even replied to your email confirming my order which also goes to the email address you have stated. If you haven’t received them then it may be a good idea to have your email provider check there are no rules applied. Looking at other reviews for Miniml, I am certainly not the only person this is happening to.

The service , advice and product is excellent.

Reliable and for a good cause. I am very happy with the products. They smell amazing, and I love to be able to top them up myself now that my local organic shop unfortunately had to shut down.
