The delivery company are incompetent! I was called the day of delivery to say that the driver could not find a road without a low bridge in order to deliver our concrete blocks. If he had attempted a delivery he would have seen clear signage on the main road directing high vehicles on a short diversion. The delivery was then not rescheduled until I called 3 times chasing - eventually to be delivered a full week later... Absolutely ridiculous. The order was cancelled.

Have used a few times but this time the standard fell well below the mark. The order included Lengths of 8x2 timber and were delivered by Bradfords. Delivery guy was a lovely chap. However, one of the lengths of timber was like a banana. My builder cut it in half and used the straighter edge but then had to get another piece to finish the project and throw the bowed piece. I provided feedback to Materials Market but they didn’t even acknowledge my email.
Dealt with Chithuruby whom was incredibly polite and was quick to sort out any issues! Incredible service!
