Even Zero star in too much for materials market . Made an order three days ago and it supposed to be delivered on Monday. I just got a call from the Materials market at 16:31 on Friday that the order has been cancelled. They didn't even gave me a reason for cancellation. Complete waste of time.
Delivery was on time, quality of timber was first class. A very good experience, will use again for future projects.

Checked all my local suppliers and MM were still the cheapest. So placed my order. All went to plan, it was delivered on the day they stated and no problems. Will use again when I need the next load. Highly recommended.
Waste of effort. Failed to deliver, despite me making 3 phone calls to confirm it was going to happen. Better off using a traditional vendor who actually stock the product. No one calls you back when promised. Update following response. You respond by stating that you tried to contact me as soon as you knew about the delay. This statement is not true. I was given a delivery window of 7am-4pm. Between 3.30pm and 3.55pm I made 3 calls to your office to confirm if the delivery was still happening. The first response I received was “let me check and I will call you back in 10” this never happened. Second call I was cut off by mistake by your operator, no call back. Third call, at 3.58pm I eventually received confirmation that you weren’t shipping the product and it would be another 2 days. Finally, it’s been over a week since you replied and your claim that “someone will reach out” is also not correct. Please don’t waste your time reaching out. Please however look at how much I have previously spent with your company. This is the second delivery failure. There won’t be a third.
The delivery driver was excellent. A very tight corner to negotiate. As an RTITB instructor for 15 years, can only say that was good driving!
Came across Materials Market when researching for a one stop shop material supplier to help me with a DIY project. I had already been through multiple suppliers to cost this out, when I recalculated I saved c£300 which is amazing. I also contacted them via the chat and advised that I had a couple of drill bits missing from the delivery, super speedy service they are coming tomorrow. Brilliant first time experience, even more reason to be a returning customer :-) Thank you.
