I have a lovely experience. A colleague, Granit took my interests into consideration and gave me good prices on materials. Really happy with my experience.
Ordered 3 pallets worth of 100mm insulation and they not only sent it all on one pallet 10ft tall, the supplier left it on my neighbours drive. After calling MM I was told that they were unable to move it until Monday. I then had to arrange for it to be moved and was told they would give me a “substantial refund” (£50). I have now had the items moved to my address but have refused delivery due to the poor service. MM Are now trying to charge me £370 to have it collected. Disgusting service and will never used them again. Use a local independent merchant. Better service and usually cheaper as well

I got in contact with Ben at Materials Market with a strict demand for a client of mine. A next day site delivery with a lot of requirements (FORS license, HIAB unloading etc). Where my other suppliers were unable to fulfil the order, Ben managed to get it sorted on a next day service at an amazing price.
