I had a disappointing experience with Materials Market. I ordered timber specifically because it was supposed to be delivered by Friday. The next day, they called to say they didn’t have the exact lengths and offered longer ones instead—not ideal, but I agreed. Then, a day later (on the supposed delivery date), they called again saying I’d have to pay extra for the longer lengths. Very unreliable service, and I wouldn’t trust their delivery promises.
Great to order online and if there are any out of the ordinary things we need, the team are really helpful in sourcing for us.
